A historic Scottish bakery producing premium shortbread, biscuits and crackers was looking to increase its production capabilities due to growing demand and an expanding product range. The well known brand wanted the latest generation flowrapping equipment fit for another generation of bakers.

Their existing equipment had been in place for several years but it had become unreliable and was plagued with long changeover times – and these longer changeovers were becoming a more significant issue with a successful and growing product range.
