Beansprouts get the Edge

Another satisfied customer for PurPak. This time PurPak’s Edge is packing beansprouts for a produce customer.

With just one line, this customer needed production when their old equipment was no longer performing. Delivered on time, PurPak’s project management team ensured the Edge was installed in one day, immediately after delivery to site, and a very happy customer was able to start in production the very same day.

The customer’s operator training was minimal as the icon based easy-to-understand touch screen was easy to pick up.

This customer has also signed up for our PurCare Equipment Care Agreement, with a full Pur+ industry 4.0 package.  As a result they are increasing their OEE even further thanks to PurPak’s industry 4.0 capabilities.
