Field Service Technician
We are looking for experienced field service technicians to join our growing North American team!
Our US service technicians are key and valued members of the global team. They are involved in all aspects of supporting our customers, and are the front line of a strongly customer-oriented organisation based out of the US, supported by our European team.
Your tasks:
- Installations, servicing, repairs and maintenance of PurPak equipment/lines at our customers’ premises in the US & Canada
- Attendance at US FATs with customers
- Occasional visits to our Italian factory for factory FAT, training and meetings
- Technical support and advice for customers
- Attendance at trade fairs, preparing and supporting the sales team on the booth
Your skills:
- Training as a mechatronics engineer or comparable
- Experience in the food packaging industry
- Experience with VFFS (baggers) and/or HFFS (flowrappers)
- Sociable, willing to travel and customer orientated
- Full driving license and ready to fly
- Good written and spoken English
- Spanish and any other languages are a plus

Regional Sales Manager
We are looking for experienced dynamic Region Sales Manager (RSM) to join our growing North American team!
Our Regional Sales Managers (RSM) are key and valued members of the global team. They are involved in many aspects of supporting our customers with industry leading advice on their needs and PurPaks unique packaging solutions.
Your tasks:
- Sales of PurPak’s i4.0 leading edge, VFFS and HFFS packaging equipment and complete lines
- Occasional visits to our Italian factory for factory FAT, training and meetings
- Meeting with customers both over Teams and face-to-face with travel across the USA an expected part of the role
- Attendance at trade fairs, preparing and working the PurPak booth
Your skills:
- >3 years in experience of selling VFFS and/or HFFS equipment
- >5 years experience in capital equipment sales within the food packaging industry
- Sociable, willing to travel and customer orientated
- Full driving license and ready to fly
- Good written and spoken English
- Spanish and any other languages are a plus
